Oh, You Don't Say?

From today's newspaper:-

A bomb blew up Sunday at a West Bank hitchhiking post, lightly wounding one Israeli, the Israel Defense Forces said.

Bomb shrapnel was found after the explosion, which took place at the entrance to the West Bank settlement of Shiloh, near Ramallah, the IDF said.

Palestinian militants are suspected of having planted the bomb, the IDF said.

Well, now, that is a remarkable reductive conclusion of which any professor of philosphic logic would be proud.

On the other hand, it worries us.

And first of all, I'm okay. My bus leaves Shiloh just after 7 AM and this occured 10 minutes earlier. Which means we were delayed for 45 minutes.

And this emphasizes the point I made in my previous posting about the ability of Arabs to accept Jews in their midst. Even if this Arab MK was sincere (an assumption, I admit), where else would we live except in our communities? In Israel, the Arabs live in their villages, no?

Update (at 11:40 AM):

Some media are claiming that it was a grenade that someone had that went off inside the vehicle. Can you imagine what a car looks like, not to mention the people inside, when a grenade goes off internally?

Anything to smear.
